Common terms and abbreviations

The first tab in Jobs and Opportunities, it's a list of key events / milestones based on things such creation dates, Quote acceptance, Invoice Paid etc. In the Standard and Pro tier, key checklist / Gantt events can be listed here too.

Type of works are what contain your Cost Centres, so for example you can have "Single Storey" type of work and have all of your cost centres within, then your "Double Storey" type of work would have those same cost centres though it'd have extras such as staircases / scaffold / etc.
